Correct URLs to favicon in OpenSearch #37

The previous URLs both 404 which results in Firefox picking haskell.org/favicon.ico instead which is the same one used for the Hackage search engine, making it difficult to distinguish them.

Btw, the Travis error is an error with Travis itself, scheduled to be fixed sometime over the weekend.

Any chance of this getting deployed on haskell.org?

These changes all eventually get deployed to haskell.org, but recent server changes mean my scripts need fixing up. As a quick workaround I've uploaded just the revised search.xml file.
