Cabal 1.16 compatibility? #4

Hackage Cabal version is 1.16.

I fixed this, along with a couple of other things stopping it compiling with GHC 7.6. Version 4.2.12 has the fix, and the fix for this exact issue is f05c64e5045b23a9eebea43d1a8ee5246fa636ef
