hoogle 4.2.25 test suite build failure #42

hoogle-4.2.25's test suite doesn't compile for me. See http://hydra.cryp.to/build/28174/nixlog/2/raw for a complete build log.

Rock, meet hard place. If I use the latest Cabal it puts all times totally wrong. If I use an old Cabal, it skips the test file. Let me try grabbing a cabal from the haskell platform.

@peti I just released 4.2.26, which I generated with yet another version of cabal. I confirm the time stamps look OK, and the Test file is present. Let's see if this works...
