Current hoogle fails to install with:

src/General/Web.hs:33:32:
    Module `Data.Conduit' does not export `runResourceT'

Thanks for the report, I guess conduit-1.1 doesn't export runResourceT anymore - I'll fix that up tomorrow. I would have thought @snoyberg's Stackage would have caught this...

@ndmitchell I'm not able to upgrade Stackage to conduit 1.1 yet: https://github.com/fpco/stackage/issues/206

@snoyberg fixes this with #61 and I've just released hoogle-4.2.31 with the fix included.
