Searching for OverloadedStrings gives no results. It should point you at the right section in the manual.

Indexing the Cabal package actually has all these items, so it works for free, see http://hoogle.haskell.org/?hoogle=OverloadedStrings. Fixed in https://github.com/ndmitchell/hogle.
