Be more helpful by showing what was expected for tested-with #45

Produces an error message like

neil: Invalid tested-with: ["8.6.1","8.4.4","8.2.2","8.0.2"]
Should be prefix of ["8.6.5","8.4.4","8.2.2","8.0.2","7.10.3"]
