I've got this rolled out to HLint, CmdArgs, Extra, Neil and a few others. Will gradually roll it out over time, but it's definitely in progress. Leaving this ticket here to break any Travis instance not defining GHCVER.

I should also check the .travis.yml and .cabal files match with their tested versions, and that the travis script is correct.

Now everything is checked. Not all packages are yet supported, but they will be once they go through Travis again.
