Some Suggestions and an advertising offer ;)

Hello, I discovered your game yesterday and i'm allready a huge fan of it. But 
there are some things that just bug be. 

1. There are no software descriptions - the "details" button is PERFECT for 
this, just add some small description and the game will be MUCH easier to 
understand, and therefor its more likely more users will play it.

2. I might look stupid now, but i don't understand how to use the Passcode 
login. As it doesn't seem to use brute force, do i have to use a password I 
discovered before? again - no description how to USE the programm! 

3. As a fan of Uplink, I always enjoy the fact to have MANY potentional proxys, 
it would be really great if there would be more servers to connect with and 
some kind of story, but as this game is still under construction the story 
suggestion might be a bit early ;).

4. Could you be able to activate a "scrolling" feature? 

5. A "search plugin" for searching names and files would be quite perfekt. 

6. In the hardware shop - motherboard section - there is a HUGE jump in price 
from the A-Tech X6 to the A-Tech X9, i DO understand that the game would be 
kind of boring if it would be to easy to get everything cheap, but this jump is 
a little bit unrealistic.

7. Why is it not possible to accept more missions than one? I think it would be 
quite simple to add a filter for the exact same mission.

8. I allready read it in the forums or in the suggestions somewhere arround 
here, but why isn't it possible to hack into a bank and edit your own bank 
account? Again i do understand that editing your own bank account is quite 
cheap, but as it is possible to NPCs why not to the users? (or did i just not 
get the feature yet?)

9. More realistic missions. For real, can somebody explain me, why i need to 
change the garbage transport timing from 12:30 to 7235132153?

10. This one is Important in my opinion. WHY CAN'T I OVERCLOCK? Whaaaa? 
for real now, i really loved that feature in uplink to "overclock software", 
and i really don't get it why i should upgrade my CPU if i just use ONE 
programm at a time and i can't even say that it should use more CPU power to 
work faster...

11. Useable passwords. I allready realized there is a cache in your ingame 
browser, that SOMETIMES let me login in an instant. but i personally would love 
to KNOW the password and login, and probably not beeing tracked afterwards or 
sth like this...

12. It's way to easy to disguise your evidence. just go to the codelink log 
file server and delete them, tada... done, nobody will find you, ever, and 
ever... and ever! I liked the uplink fact that if you accessed a Databank and 
deleted logs, or just logged in, you leaved some evidence of beeing there, 
there is nothing like this in codelink.

13. Improve your publicity. There are MANY MANY MANY uplink fans out there, as 
you've written yourself "the uplink forums are still active".
I own a VERY big gaming forum with a browsergame section, visit it, create a 
topic and post tutorials how to play the game, ALSO improve some of the 
suggestions i mentioned before. and you'll get WAY more players and donations, 
than 65$ soon ;)

in the real world no one is going to teach you how to use hacking tools. That 
is part of the hacking you either make the software just know how to use it or 
you learn on your own terms. Unless you make other friends. that type of thing 
is set in this game. Nothing in the game will tell you what everything does.
What needs to happen isn't details it's training. I highly doubt anyone is 
going to log into a secure internet server and become an agent. they need an 
entire beginning for the first 20 levels or so that doesn't take much and is 
fairly easy and completely designed for teaching agents the software and their 
job.

Me before when i played I brought up about realism in the hardware. Yeah the 
game REALLY lacks realism. which I hope it changes. But, I believe a storyline 
and a way of teaching "agents" the game including software is more important. 
My only thing is the storylines' missions had best be realistic and not random 
like the time changing.

If I'm not mistaken this all is a work in progress I'm sure things will turn 
out decent.

as far as pricing goes. it's to make you save for certain parts. if you look at 
the price jumps and the specs. you'll notice it's better to skip a few upgrades 
and go straight to say mid grade kinda thing. As far as motherboards If i 
recall you want to get the s-6 or something with a 6 in it. i really can't 
remember but it's pretty expensive.

1)in the game already

2) passcode minigame is more bit intuitive now

3)there are tons of server, u gotta find the networks

4) its coming 

5) there will never be a search feature on the servers, makes it too easy

6)prices are adjusted

7)one mission at a time is plenty, u get 9 to pick from per click.

8)real banks are in game and hackable

9) mission data has changed now

10) this may be a feature in the future, if u are running one program at a 
time, u havent seen pvp yet.

11)already in the game

12) evidence is based on the severity of the hack, u CAN get caught even after 
removing one log.

13) i will publicize this game when its done.
