getting traced while it shows time left

(2) What is your issue?
I'm getting traced while hacking through www.goldberry.bank with cpanel guest 
access. Even when the trace timer says i have 40+ seconds left. I had trace 
delay active for 2nd delay of that trace

(3) What steps will reproduce the problem?
a)hacking in any server
b)activate trace delay
c)

(4) What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected is that i can disconnect at 1 second left but instead at get force 
disconnect at 40+ seconds with a violation and a 100.000 fine

(5)Please provide additional information below.
a) what where you doing when you discovered the problem?
hacking with cpanel guest access in goldberry.bank
b) are you able to retrace your steps in order to reproduce the problem?
