I had the same Problem.
Version I'm running: Kongregate Version from 9.9.2013.
(1) In Game User Name: k1tsune
(2) What is your issue?
After one use all the saved routings changed to gateway->undefined.
I also could not save any new routes (just use it without saving).
On the top right it showed me connected to undefined.
(3) What steps will reproduce the problem?
I have no idea how to reproduce it.
(4) What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the routing system to work and not just connect me to undefined ;)
(5)Please provide additional information below.
a)
I was doing delete/recover/recover+del client/finance/admin missions a lot of
times in a row and whenever I finished them I replied to my mail to complete
the mission then disconnected and then reconnected to my route. Sometimes I
just reconnected to my route without disconnecting first.
It might be important to note that sometimes the server I was hacking into was
included in my route and just removed from the list to hack into it (so I was
routing via that server after reconnect).
I also had the chat running mostly.
b) No.
c) I was able to fix it somehow though.
Trying to make a new route worked, but it could not be saved (saved routes only
resulted in undefined).
Relogin also did not work.
Connecting to the global net and then the normal net again did not work.
I stopped playing for a while (30min-1 hour or so?) and then logged in again.
It still did not work.
Then I plugged out my email plugin, bought the sat net manager, installed it,
connected to the global network, saved it as a bookmark, went back to the
normal net, plugged out the network manager, reinstalled the email plugin and I
believe then I was able to save routes normally again without them ending up as
undefined.
