server reset(?) #491

What is the Version you're running?
Version: ## 2.0.9.7f
(1) In Game User Name:
johnjob
(2) What is your issue?
I'm almost desperate due to the (maybe) server reset. It went back to before I 
even created my "johnjob" agent. I had been playing like a mad and was 
something like level 33 with 5 milions of credits/assets. I was enjoying so 
much your game, and donated to the cause. And now my character is gone! Please 
tell us what is happening/will happen.
(3) What steps will reproduce the problem?
a) logging in
(4) What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Loading USER file: ERROR: NO matching accout.
rather than:
Loading USER file: ERROR: Succesfull, etc...

accounts only last if you are active at least once every 30 days.
