(2) What is your issue?
the help module of the bank transfer tool is non correctly linked

(3) What steps will reproduce the problem?
a) click on the little "i" un top right corner of the software box.

(4) What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
it should link to the tool help, instead it links to the general TOC
