(1) In Game User Name:
    SirPotato
(2) What is your issue?
    When i try to log in with my credentials, it says, "Loading USER File: ERROR: No matching account", and I know i used the right username/password because I looked in the create new account and it has the username/password still filled in the boxes
(3) What steps will reproduce the problem?

(4) What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

a) what where you doing when you discovered the problem?
b) are you able to retrace your steps in order to reproduce the problem?
