Invisible Highlighting #512

Before anyone asks.  The browser version is only available for the devs at this 
time.  It should roll out to the public soon.

What is the Version you're running?
Version: Browser

(1) In Game User Name:overkill13

(2) What is your issue?
Highlighting text is not visible
(3) What steps will reproduce the problem?
a)Attempt to click and drag highlight text

(4) What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should see highlighting on the selected text.  As of now it is invisible in the 
browser version.

(5)Please provide additional information below.
a) what where you doing when you discovered the problem?
Highlighting text
b) are you able to retrace your steps in order to reproduce the problem?
Yes

i cannot find a workaround for this.
