Bug in Agent's Financial Overview #533

What is the Version you're running?
Version: 2.0.9.8n

(1) In Game User Name: Rad

(2) What is your issue?
The scroll bar on the active loans scrolls the bank accounts instead in the 
agent's financial overview.

(3) What steps will reproduce the problem?
a) Get more than 4 loans
b) Scrolling the active loans section

(4) What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Active loans scrolling. Bank accounts scrolling instead.

(5)Please provide additional information below.
a) what where you doing when you discovered the problem?
b) are you able to retrace your steps in order to reproduce the problem?
