Logging out in windowed mode reverts to fullscreen mode. #557

Summary: 
Logging out of the game in windowed mode causes the game to return to 
fullscreen mode. 

Recreate:
1. Options -> Windowed to switch to windowed mode while logged in.
2. Options -> Save and Log Out

Expected:
Game remains in windowed mode and returns to login screen.

Actual:
Game reverts to fullscreen mode and returns to login screen.
