Chatbox does not open CHA files if dragged from memory bar.

Issue:
If the chatbox is not running, dragging its icon from the memory bar to a CHA 
file opens in the main lobby instead of the CHA file's chat room. Dragging the 
chatbox by its title bar to a CHA file while it is already running, however, 
works fine.

Recreate:
1. With a CHA file on your hard drive, open file manager and navigate to file.
2. Be sure chatbox is not running, then drag chatbox from membar to file.

Expected:
Chatroom in CHA file opens.

Actual:
Main lobby opens.

Workaround:
Start chatbox first, then drag its title bar to the CHA file.

Clarification: I realize now that all chat rooms are called the "main lobby". 
When I say "main lobby" above I mean the default public chat room.
