Connecting to agent in agents satnet sometimes connects to different agent than clicked

Issue: Sometimes, clicking an agent in the satnet list connects to a different 
agent than the one that was clicked on. Presumably this is due to satnet index 
-> server mapping changing over time.

To recreate (not 100% consistent):
1. Open agents satnet.
2. Click an agent to connect.

Expected:
Connect to the agent that was clicked on.

Actual:
Connected to a different agent. Does not happen 100% of time. Chances increase 
with staleness of satnet list.
