Clarification of hardware conflict error messages #588

Request: 

"Hardware conflict" error messages are a frequent source of confusion for new 
players. The error messages should be clarified and let the user know what the 
conflict is, e.g. "Not enough hard drive space" or "Not enough power" or "Out 
of memory". 

Perhaps for effect make them more technical looking like "I/O Error (0x2B3): 
Insufficient hard drive space" or "Power supply error: Low current" or 
something.
