HWDiag doesn't load server.url.[name] from BATs

What is the Version you're running?
Version: 2.0.9.8v2

(1) In Game User Name: Bladewolf

(2) What is your issue?
    HWDiag not loading server.url.[name] from BAT files

(3) What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Make a BAT with server.url.0_emp_login somewhere in it
2) Run said BAT from HWDiag

EXPECTED: server.url.0_emp_login loads up the Employee Security Checkpoint
ACTUAL: HWDiag returns error "ERROR: URL Not Valid" even if on Homepage

DISCOVERED WHEN: Hacking server Proxies using batch.server_proxy as normal

Also, server.load.(servername) works fine in HWDiag console, but doesn't work 
in batch files.

I have confirmed the issue and it also does not work on the manager login.  Not 
sure when this started, I was using both of these without issue last weekend.
