doc files sent via email to other players apper to them as empty
(3) What steps will reproduce the problem?
a) person A: create a doc file, write some content in it, save it on your
drive, and send it to person B
b) person B: open email, save attachment, open saved file with notepad
c) person B: the file is empty
(4) What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
saved file should be the copy of the file sent, but it is empty file instead

a) what where you doing when you discovered the problem?
sending doc file created by myself to another person
b) are you able to retrace your steps in order to reproduce the problem?
yes, I sent another file to another person, and it was also empty
