[Very Low] Achievement tab does not gray out #635

What is the Version you're running?
Version: 2.0b13
(1) In Game User Name: Pikramus

(2) What is your issue?
If you go to a SatNet where you have no missions available then when you go to 
the 'mission server' tab in the 'agent profile module' it greys out all the 
other tabs but the 'Achievements' tab

(3) What steps will reproduce the problem?
a) Go to the Agent SatNet
b) Open the Agent Profile Module
c) Click on Mission Server

(4) What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It is expected that all tabs are greyed out or no tabs are greyed out ( latter 
is better ) but the Achievements tab is not greyed out

(5)Please provide additional information below.
a) what where you doing when you discovered the problem? Clicking around
b) are you able to retrace your steps in order to reproduce the problem? yes
