Encryption cracker does not complete

What is the Version you're running?
Version: 2.0 b13

(1) In Game Username: CrazyKilla15

(2) What is your issue? The encryption cracker does not complete when all 
letters are changed to green. In the help page it says that you can either wait 
for the progress bar to complete, or "by locking in the encryption code by 
changing all the letters to green"

(3) What steps will reproduce the problem?
a)find encrypted data(ie database information)
b)use encryption cracker on said data
c)successfully change all the letters to green(lock the encryption code)

(4) What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is for the data to be decrypted upon the encryption code 
being locked in, instead the data remains encrypted until the progress bar is 
complete.

(5)Please provide additional information below.
a) what where you doing when you discovered the problem?
attempting to decrypt data for a mission
b) are you able to retrace your steps in order to reproduce the problem?
yes

using encryption cracking software version 6.31(enigma)

the locking in of green only boost the speed, not its progress or completion
