Color for binary unique value map: change to blue and pink #178

Color for binary unique value map (i.e., two categories) should not be blue and 
green, instead, maybe blue and orange (blue and green cannot be differentiated 
by many people)

changed to blue--pink, which was from the color brewer setup

fixed in versions >= 1.7.25
