Regression output: does not add to current output file #199

Currently, the regression output is a separate window for each regression, 
rather than one window that scrolls down as in GeoDaSpace. The becomes very 
difficult to handle for even a few regressions.

Recommend using the GeoDaSpace design for the output window and file, 
implements both Save (to currently open output file) and Save As (to a new 
output file) for the greatest flexibility.

Luc testing: In the regression interface, while now the results of various 
analyses are all tacked on in one window, the “save to file” only saves the 
last one, not the full list. The full list should be saved.
