The leaderboard website displays scores submitted by different players. It also allows you to submit your score. All data is preserved thanks to the external Leaderboard API service.
I particularly liked your use of a table to set the names scores and ranks.
I do have a few recommendations:
I would advise that you set up the adding of new scores to fire on submitting the form, as opposed to clicking the button, so as to allow for scores to be submitted with the enter button and avoid false submissions happening with the same.
I strongly advise you to replace your render function with CSS based styling, specifically the :nth-child(2n) rule which will allow you to target all even elements.
