Add Form-Input as a Pop-up

Value proposition:

As a user, I want to change the add and edit -forms to a pop-up form In order to have a smoother and more intuitive user experience.

Description:

Acceptance Criteria:

• The form for adding and editing entries should be presented as a pop-up modal on the screen.
• When the user clicks Add in the overview page or the Edit in the details page a the pop-up form should appear, centered on the screen.
• The background should be dimmed, so that the form will be in focus to ensure user attention.
• The form should have a the function to close the pop up by clicking outside the form field to exit the form without making changes.
• Submitting the form will close the pop-up and should refresh the underlying content to reflect the changes.
• If any mandatory field is empty, an alert should be displayed saying: "Please fill out all required fields."

Tasks:

• Create a new feature/branch pop-up-form.
• Design the pop-up form layout and get approval from the design team.
• Integrate the Add and Edit buttons.
• Ensure form validation for required fields and display appropriate alerts.
• Implement the dimming of the background when the pop-up is active.
• Add functionality to close the pop-up via background click.
