CAMISIM: Pack up and go #20

Generate scripts that set the scene on Mjölnir. I will check and see if CAMISIM exists already on Mjölnir, otherwise, i will request it to be installed. (requested March 12)

Best approach: Clone the GitHub repo to mjölnir and then run housekeeper.sh to set up the data for a clean CAMISIM run.

  1. Clone GitHub repo to Mjölnir
  2. Run the script that downloads, unpacks, and sorts the data, so the scene is set for CAMISIM.

For example, the scripts i have created as of today (March 12th) can be combined to housekeep the data.
