Incorrect URL for the ESIPhubLogo image #16

The file location: 'resources/ESIPhub/ESIPhubLogo.png' should be: 'shared/resources/ESIPhub/ESIPhubLogo.png'

I updated this file in the "shared" folder, which I am assuming will fix this for others as well.

I just checked the one in shared because it didnt render in my home directory and it had the resources/... line. Also changed to shared/...

I think it's potentially confusing to have the quickstart visible in the shared directory. We should probably bury the shared/quickstart.md we edit to avoid that confusion. Perhaps in the shared/ESIPhub directory. @kmaull-ucar, thoughts?
