Add zserio language support to Github linguist #133

Repositories that mainly include zserio definitions are currently wrongly identified by Github linguist (https://github.com/github/linguist). We should probably add zserio language support there via a pull request. Please take a look what would be necessary to fully support zserio as an official language across Github.
