This issue contains some enhancements to the CI build system:

Set up caching (may require monitoring for a long period of time to get enough data on how well it works)
After skia fixes a few NULL values so that clang-5.0 is happy, add clang as a CI compiler. See PR #6.
Add AppVeyor CI build status for Windows.
