deleted uploaded event prevents user from uploading #6

Steps:

  1. Upload 2 video files in the SWITCHcast Moodle activity
  2. Wait until they have been processed
  3. Delete one of those files on SWITCHcast (not in Moodle)
  4. Wait until Moodle will ask SWITCHcast instead of relying on its cache 😉
  5. Try to upload another video file
