Question answer values not saving after 20th option #35

I have a very large matrix question, with 50 rows, and 2 possible responses, Performed and Not performed matrix_question issue Moodle v3.1.2 build 20170109, Matrix question release 2016113000 After the 20th option, the question will not save any of the option values.
