add Measure vtx and electronics battery voltage #36

It might be posible to measure vtx battery voltage like it is done on minoposd? 
Right now there is no way using APM to measure this, but it sshould be too 
difficult to make voltage divider like:

it is an excellent OSD already, and I think this feature is widely used in 
other osd. I remark so far I am very happy with minimosd extra but we always 
want more

No it is not, as Minimosd can only read that APM is able to send out.

Gabor, it is possible.  Please look at how MinOPOSD does it.  They do not get 
info from APM, but from spare unused pins on Atmega on minimosd board.  It is 
similar to the direct RSSI mod.
