Latest Git Version has broken GTK #13

On the latest Git version, once built, the latest version of the GTK theme looks broken on LM 18.1

Linux Mint 18.1 uses GTK 3.18, so you have to change the line in compile-theme

gtk3_minor_revision=20

Replace 20 with 18 and compile with the command ./compile-theme
