Feature Request

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe: You can only send a message to one user each time the program is ran.

Describe the solution you'd like: The program should allow for various users chat ids and user names to be input as environment variables.

Multiple users and chat IDS are now supported. There still needs to be multiple stock ticker support.
