VCL Styles for Inno Setup - scroll is not working #56

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create setup with VCL styles and install
2. In Select Destination Location page, press browse... 
3. press and hold scroll slide up and down is not working @@(picture)
(same probrem with startmenu folder page)
( sr for my english is bad)
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
VCL styles for Inno setup v16.0.4429.46931
VclStylesinno.dll v1.2.1.3
Please provide any additional information below.
