Italicized text within a link or a header is not colored. #111

Issue description

If I need to italicize a part of a link, the italicized part is not colored.

  [at *André*][7]

or

  [at _André_][7]

I'm sorry, it was My CSS mistake. When I've fixed the CSS, it is fine now.
