Did someone try the fork of @monoblaine ?
https://github.com/monoblaine/MarkdownViewerPlusPlus
Looks like he did many things on it, which partially are already merged too.
So perhaps he'd be the right one to take over?
interesting fork, but how to use it?
I never did it yet, I'd suppose like this:
download it as zip, or clone it and make sure that you checked out the dev-branch, afterwards proceed as described in the readme
sorry, with dev-branch I mean just the master
This is working: https://github.com/mohzy83/NppMarkdownPanel
thanks a lot!
Hey there, this is what my fork looks like:
If anyone's interested, I can upload the build assets and the stylesheet file.
I am here.. looking for a markdown viewer for notepad++ and found this chat.
There is demand for work like this!
If anyone's interested, I can upload the build assets and the stylesheet file.
Please!

@monoblaine - I'm interested 👍
Sorry for the delay, here you go:
https://github.com/monoblaine/MarkdownViewerPlusPlus/releases/tag/v0.9.0
@monoblaine Could I ask you to generate the 64 bit version of that? I've been unable to get it to build (as of 3 weeks ago)

Here is the x64 build: MarkdownViewerPlusPlus.zip
Please note that I haven't tested the 64 bit version. I'm still using the 32 bit Notepad++ for unknown reasons.
@monoblaine Any plans on enabling the Issues tab in your fork?

Done.
obviously there is no maintenance on this product - last commit several years ago, pending PR for a while
is really no one out there able and willing to maintain this wonderful product? I really like it, use it and it would be great to see some progress
thanks in advance for any efforts
