Image size #55

I'm suggesting a new feature. pasing a parameter for image size would be helpful for a better preview. I tried all of these options and none have worked, so I assume it is not implemented yet.

As pointed out in the StackOverflow post not all implementations support this and by spec CommonMark does not http://spec.commonmark.org/0.28/#images atm.

A different possibility would be to go for CSS styling through custom CSS for now.

When I find time I will check this out.
