Display of colons #81

Issue description

If 2 colons are inserted (e.g. used as seperators for semantic areas in variable names), MarkdownPlease does not show those colons

  Module::[ID]::[Titel]::report::started

Hi @HamoudGahl

A colon is a link reference and therefore has to be escaped if you want to use it.

So please try

  Module::[ID]::[Titel]::report\::started
