sddir formatting of pager is messy #2

the pager ("press space to continue") appends to the last output line instead of being on a line of its own. Tidy it up to make it look neater.

This is fixed in the latest version of sddir.asm and in the build versions on the PolyDos disk image PD001.BIN

In addition, the new version aborts the listing if you press any key other than space.
