Longer onramp to prevent popping #36

If you start blasting a sine wave to a speaker, you get overtones at the very start as the speaker snaps into position (like a square wave). You can avoid this by ramping the gain up from zero. Vail does that, but it's doing it too quickly, because you can still hear popping.
