Sublime color scheme? #3

Can this be packaged as a Sublime Text color scheme?

As I mentioned on hacker news, I’m not an expert on how to distribute colours across tokens, even less so on UI design. Is there a good template that I could work off of like this one I got recommended for vim: https://github.com/romainl/vim-rnb ?

Otherwise you’re always welcome to contribute your own version if you don’t want to wait for me! Especially doing full UI ports will likely take a while.
