Hi, Love the theme, noticed it wasn't representing strikethrough in my markdown files properly. This PR adds the option to the Styles enum and makes it the default for TSStrike and @text.strike.

Hi, thanks for this! Could you also add a link for the CocStrikeThrough highlight? Either linking to TSStrike or using the same definition — happy with either.
