Ability to set GAS for custom function calls in UI #3

Several DAOs are blocked from testing custom function calls due to the UI having a hard coded GAS value. The need for this was discussed in TG and the solution is underway. https://t.me/c/1436396987/4355

This was implemented (giving a user ability to change GAS) and tested on testnet, but didn't have desired outcome.
