Bump near-workspaces-ava to 1.1.0 and fix backward compatibility issues #150

When https://github.com/near-daos/sputnik-dao-contract/pull/144 got merged, the CI/CD start using near-workspaces-ava 1.1.0 for running the tests instead of near-workspaces-ava 1.0.0.

Some incompatible changes got introduced in near-workspaces-ava 1.1.0 that make some of our tests fail. This PR is about fixing the tests and implicitly fixing the CI/CD errors.
