[NEW FEATURE] Data fetching

This issue is related to fetching data from a local method in this stage. The data should be fetching in multiple languages according to the selected language.

The following notes should be taken into consideration:

• [ ] There should be a services folder that contains getData method according to a locale variable.
• [ ] There should be a composable folder with a re-useable component that does the fetching and return a promise.
• [ ] In the Navbar.vue there should be a method that takes the value of the locale passes it to fetch the data according to selected data.
