Update how to contribute page. #33

We need to update the UI into dialogs.

[x] First, a dialog regarding preparing to make a video: 1- get tips on how to plan the contribution. 2-download loom.com for the easiest capture. 3-check that you can capture screen and audio with a test recording. 4-tips for making a useful video.
[x] Second, a dialog regarding system setup to prepare.
[x] Third, a dialog will have the old, already on the page info regarding submitting a video.

This issue is related to PR #37. So as the PR is closed I will close the issue.
