Validator bulletin board | Bounty: TBD

Description

Single place for validators to publish information they want to be seen by token holders and general public (their mission, stances on upcoming votes, general opinions, etc...).

Context

Token holders currently have no easy way to find out what each validator is about. It requires going through each validators page and social media accounts, or search through discord/telegram. Information gets easily lost in clutter. Current designated place for this (https://github.com/near/phase2-validator-votes) is not practical for users with lack of github experience. New place should be hosted on Near and can easily be the Near examples Guest Book on steroids.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Bulletin board to which only active (including those who don't have enough stake) validators can post
• [ ] Validators can update or replace their posts at a later date to reflect their change in views/stance
• [ ] Validators can only post using their validator keys, to prevent imposters
• [ ] Only single post per validator
• [ ] Posts made by validators that haven't been seen as active for 6 months get archived (or removed)
